Free Group Exercise Classes: For the last two weeks of January (2/21-2/31) the Office of Care and Civility will be offering free group exercise classes to students, faculty and staff! Click HERE for our group exercise calendar.
Self-Defense Class: For Stalking Awareness Month the Office of Care and Civility is offering a free self-defense course at the Founders’ Activity Center (FAC) on Tuesday (1/22/19) from 4-5P. The course will be taught by Chris Klein and supporting wellness staff members. RSVP HERE to attend!

Stalking Awareness with SafeHaven: Come join Mary Beth Kopsovich of SafeHaven Tarrant Countydiscuss what you need to know about stalking. The event will be held on Thursday (1/31/19) at the EAD 406 from 12-1P. Free lunch will be provided for the first 25 people! RSVP HERE on ORgSync!
