Mental Illness Awareness Week 2016
The Office of Wellness Services recognizes Mental Illness Awareness Week during the month of October. We will be offering workshops, trainings, and activities throughout the week to increase the awareness of and reduce the stigma associated with mental illness. Saturday, Oct. 1:

Monday, Oct. 3:
Celebrate National Day without Stigma as we “Stomp Out Stigma” and take the Unity Pledge. 12:00-1:00 PM, In Front of the Library

Tuesday, Oct. 4:
Join the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) of Tarrant County as they present “In Our Own Voice” – the reality of living with mental illness. 12:00-1:00 PM, MET 125, Lunch will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
