Christina Elizabeth Robinson, MD

Christina Robinson,

Assistant Professor - Pediatrics
Research interests:Pediatrics

Dr. Christina Robinson has taken a leadership role in providing health care directly to children in Fort Worth’s most underserved communities. As the Medical Director of the new UNTHSC Pediatric Mobile Clinic, she is helping provide high-quality health care at no cost to families.

The mobile clinic is a 40-foot “doctor’s office on wheels” and offers wellness visits, physicals, episodic visits, immunizations, screening, and laboratory testing. It also provides education in nutrition, physical activity and dental health. Prior to its service this year, Fort Worth was the nation’s largest city without a mobile unit designated for pediatric patients.

As a native of Fort Worth, Dr. Robinson is a product of one of the neighborhoods now served by the mobile clinic. With her awareness of racial disparities in health care heightened while earning her undergraduate degree, she feels honored to be able to return to her home town to contribute to solutions for a healthier community.
