Dr. Saira Dar, board certified in family medicine, is active in several national and professional organizations. They include the American College of Physician Executives; Quality Committee/UNT Health Science Center; Steering Committee, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine; American Medical Association; and the American Academy of Family Practice.

She is also active in many community service organizations, such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Start Light Children’s Foundation and the Dallas Life Shelter.
