The Organizational Development team strives to meet the individual, departmental, and institutional needs of the UNTHSC. Service offerings include:
Professional Development Sessions, Management Development Program, Customer Service and Teambuilding, UNT Health Operational Sessions, Software Application Classes, Online Applications, Performance Evaluation Training, Performance Management, Supervisor and Employee Performance Mentoring and Coaching, Process Improvement, Institutional & Departmental Needs Assessments, Faculty Development (Classroom Management, Curriculum Review & Development).
Partners with managers and their teams to assess needs, develop action plans, improve work process flow and improve team performance. Provides learning and development support to new and existing employees through professional development course offerings. Assists in the evaluation of employees and implemented programs to ensure they meet the institution’s strategic business goals and achieve results.
Designs curriculum and provides functional training and documentation to HSC users on standard and approved software, online applications, employee orientations, and other emerging technologies. Provides one-to-one training and mentoring for HSC users in departmental specific software projects. Assists them in appropriate decision making on how to utilize the software to meet their job related needs.
