Denison Organizational Culture Survey Results
The Denison survey measures an organization’s culture – its beliefs and assumptions – with a numerical rating in four key areas of performance: adaptability, involvement, consistency and mission. Our results will show how we rank compared to other organizations, including schools, government agencies, healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical companies and social service agencies, as well as businesses of all kinds. The Denison database includes 20 years of research with almost 900 organizations and more than 280,000 survey respondents.
