Leadership 125

The Leadership 125 program is designed for the top (approximately 125) leaders of UNTHSC.  Mid-level and senior leaders of both faculty and staff from across all organizational units are represented in this eleven month leader development program.

Purpose of L125: To develop those who develop others

This year’s theme for Leadership 125 (L125) is organizational health. A healthy organization is one where the leadership, operations, strategy and culture fit together. The most effective organizations are both smart and healthy.
