Values- Based Leadership Programs

When you are promoted to a leadership position, your career changes. In addition to your important technical career, be it professor, health care provider, researcher or administrator, you are a leader, developer and coach. Your leadership career requires continuing education.

  • Inspire
    • Application-based enrollment: Fall, spring, and summer applications
    • Cohort model: 3 classes per academic year
    • Designed for individuals seeking to develop and strengthen fundamental leadership skills
    • Open to any team member outside of L125
    • 6 twice-monthly sessions
  • Leadership 125 (L125)
    • Invitation-based enrollment
    • Designed for Mid-level and Senior Leaders (approx. top 125 leaders on campus)
    • Monthly meeting, 1st Thursday of each month
  • HSC Fellows- A leadership intensive
    • Application-based enrollment: Fall Application
    • Cohort model
    • Designed for Mid-level and Senior Leaders
    • Extended monthly meeting, 4th Friday of each month

Center for Values-Guided Leadership
