On-Boarding

 We welcome all of our new employees to the University of North Texas (UNT) Health Science Center (HSC) and UNT Health.

As part of our orientation process we require that every new employee complete the material listed below.

If you have questions please refer to the Onboarding checklist, ask your supervisor or contact Campus Human Resources.

On the first day of employment you must come to Human Resources, EAD, Room 280, to complete required paperwork. Please bring proper identification.

New Employee Affidavit Policy – New employees are required to read and acknowledge this policy.
Mandatory Employee Notices – This material is required reading for ALL new employees.

  • Privacy Practice,
  • Selective Service registration
  • Workers Compensation coverage and rights
  • Texas Hazard Communications Act
  • AIDS-HIV information
  • Occupational Protection from Hepatitis B guidelines
  • Records retention guide
Find additional required trainings for all new faculty and staff.
All Human Resources, Compliance and IT training must be completed within seven (7) days of hire date.
