UNT System Human Resources Total Rewards staff members manage job grading and evaluation programs to ensure that fair and equitable salary ranges are identified. Salary ranges are based on market data and on the common skills required for each job at each location. The mid-point of each salary range is aligned with the mid-point of the market.
Employees may be eligible for overtime, longevity and hazardous duty pay, depending on their classification and job description.
