Project Management Community of Practice Summer Session 1
We plan to kick off the summer series by piloting an in-person learning experience:
- 60 minutes: Watching a pre-recorded webinar from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

30 minutes: Discussing and sharing our takeaways in pairs or small groups.
Below is a list of tentative topics we plan to select and focus on:
- Artificial Intelligence: How AI Will Transform Project Management
- Leadership: Six Strategies for Dealing with Difficult Stakeholders
- Communication: Meet Less, Meet Better
Due to the nature of this meeting, there is no virtual option.
