Join us for this interactive learning activity where we will discuss the benefits of living mindfully, which includes exploring effective ways to manage stress as well as enhance resilience. As Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, Founder of the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program has stated, “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.”
