Employee and Student Personal Events

Employees and students will be permitted the use of designated UNTHSC facilities for personal events.  As a state agency, the UNTHSC can offer no support or endorsement to any religious or political organization of any kind; as such these type of activities are prohibited on campus.  It is the policy of the institution to permit employees to meet on the UNTHSC property as long as the institution’s name is not used and there is no implied endorsement by the UNTHSC.  Please note that the following guidelines will be strictly enforced.

Personal Event Hours 

Monday – Friday:  5:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Saturday – Sunday:  7:00 am – 10 pm

Room Rental Rates

$25 hourly charge per room with a minimum charge of $50 and a maximum charge of $300 per day, per room. Employees and students are only permitted to rent the EAD Atrium, EAD-291 or Luibel Hall (EAD-108).

If you would like to rent the Atrium, Luibel Hall or 291, please read the Employee and Student Personal Events Guidelines. After reading the guidelines and deciding to move forward with renting the space, please click on the link below to submit your request.
