Special Events Services
Shea Patterson-Young, Special Events Manager, also serves as an internal consultant for other departments for event planning and to maintain a consistent and positive university image through consultations on events and projects. Advice on catering, venues, decor needs, vendors, space planning, etc… is a service the office provides.
Shea also functions as the Protocol Officer for the institution. If you have a foreign guest, elected official or military guest, please contact the Special Events Office for support.

Some items are available for checkout from the office, including tablecloths, coffee urns, vases etc…. Please contact the Special Events Office for available items to fit the needs of your event.

Tablecloth Checkout Policy
White cloths for the 6ft rectangular tables are available for campus use
They may not be used for personal events or taken off campus
Please reserve cloths 2 weeks in advance
Pick up and drop off will be done at pre-arranged times
A maximum of 20 cloths may be checked out per event, or per week by a department
We will not be able to accommodate special orders
Tablecloths will not be available for external events
