What We Believe In
“A great team doesn’t mean that they had the smartest people. What made those teams great is that everyone trusted one another. It can be a powerful thing when that magic dynamic exists.”
― Gene Kim, The Phoenix Project: A Novel About IT, DevOps, and Helping Your Business Win
We believe in adding value to the business through agile processes, building trust and creating partnerships.
Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan
