Director, Student Services
Nicki McGee earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Master of Public Health degree in Community Health from the University of North Texas and UNT Health Science Center respectively. Nicki completed her Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University in 2014.
Nicki has worked professionally at the UNT Health Science Center for over 12 years. Her experience includes Fitness and Recreation, Health Promotion, K-12 STEM Education, Student Development, and Student Conduct. Nicki is an active member of the Texas Association of Student Personnel Administrators and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators.
Nicki is dedicated about helping students reach their full potential. She believes that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to student development and works diligently in her role as Student Conduct Officer at UNTHSC to treat each student with respect and compassion.

Assistant Director, Student Services
Lori Saunders received her B.S. degree in Business Administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and earned a Master of Science degree in Leadership focusing on Education and Human Services from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
With a diverse background in sports marketing and higher education, Lori joined the Office of Student Development in 2009 after working in the School of Public Health for two years. Her experience developing programs that engage various constituents supports her current role where she is responsible for institutional events and programs such as the White Coat Ceremonies, Commencement, Student Clinician Ceremony and Discover myHSC Day.
In addition, her expertise in program management and logistics provides assistance to the academic departments in planning the annual commencement ceremonies. She enjoys creating innovative opportunities for the campus community to actively support student success.

Student Services Associate
Lydia Anderson earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology from Arizona State University and her Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado.
Her passion for supporting student success and involvement comes from her diverse higher education experiences in new student orientation, first year experience, case management, advising, student athlete academic success and event planning. She is passionate about assisting students in transition and is excited about the opportunity to combine her passion for student development with her interest and background in health and wellness here at UNTHSC.
Lydia enjoys her interactions with students and aims to foster their educational and personal success by providing opportunities for involvement and by encouraging them to get the most out of their UNTHSC experience.

Student Services Associate
Ayesha received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mary Baldwin College in Communications and her Masters of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. She earned her Ed.D doctorate in Higher Education Administration program at Texas Tech University.
Ayesha has worked in higher education for many years including positions at Mountain View College, DeVry University and Tarrant County College where she gained experience in clubs and organization coordination, student leadership development, community outreach, service learning, student volunteerism and multicultural programming. She is passionate about helping students achieve their life goals.
Ayesha aspires to create opportunities for students to learn, grow and develop in to positive and impactful members of the community.

Student Service Assistant
Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Dallas Baptist University and her Master’s degree in Student Development and Leadership in Higher Education from Angelo State University.
Susan has worked in higher education at Tarrant County College for over 5 years. Her experience includes managing the campus work-study program, guiding students through the financial aid process and serving as a student mentor.
She enjoys supporting the personal growth of students through encouragement, research and creativity. Her pursuit of student success stems from a desire to help others recognize their own strengths and being instrumental in forging the paths necessary to achieve that success.
