Analysis Software:

CXP2.2 analysis software from Beckman Coulter is installed on a seperate computer for Flow Cytometry data analysis. Please do NOT analyze your data on the computer running the Cytomics FC 500 flow cytometer. Users need to transfer LMD data generated on Cytomics FC 500 Flow Cytometer by CD, USB disk or external hard drive to analysis workstation.

We have two additional copies of the software that can be circulated in labs. The labs that are heaviest users of FC 500 will have the opportunity to install the analysis software in their labs.

Please analyze your flow data in our lab if you have CXP analysis platform. People who do not have this platform have priority to use core computer for data analysis.

FlowJo 7.2.2. analysis software from Tree Star is available upon request.

ModFit LT analysis software from Verity Software House is available upon request.

BD FACSDiva v6.0 software from BD Biosciences is available upon request.
